I have 2 J-spec engines and transmissions left in stock you will need to come up with a wireing harnes and Ecu to make it work.. 1000.00 + shipping if need be...
I also have a throttle cable in stock as well 50.00 for that..

Trust me go standalone, It will be cheaper in the long run, I am on my third ecu, and three electric omp's, plus my second afm, stuff I wouldn't had to buy if I went standalone, then add a FCD and a AFC, then its a wash, In fact I am selling a bunch of S-5 turbo electonics here very shortly, Oh and you dont have to worry about finding a wiring harness and studying the fsm. Take it from me, I would be about $500 dollars ahedad, and probably 80 hours of my life back, if I would of just bit the bullet, Plus you get rid of the restrictive afm theres 10 ponies.

I will have my car at the toy run tomorrow, blue fb, feel free to say hi, and I will try to answer any questions you might have, I am one, of just a few nw guys who has done a complete turbo swap using all factory parts, and maybe the only one who has done all, and I mean all of it by myself.

Whats sill;y is to buy all the factory oem parts, figure a few of them will be bad, cause they always are. Then buy those parts a second time. Then decide six months later that you just have to have that big *** T "fill in a number here" turbo Then you get spend a grand buying the standalone you should of bought from day one. You may laugh but it is the road nearly everyone goes down.

EMS on a stock turbo car is silly.? What about all the FD's using a Power FC running on completely stock turbos and very little to no mods. The guys taking cars with 255 flywheel horsepower and reliably getting over 300 WHEEL horsepower, I have personally seen the dyno sheets. I would argue that is not a lil silly.

I am just trying to save you a lot of grief and wasted time, Nothing like guessing if the afm you just bought on E bay from Florida, is the reason you car runs like **** under boost, or maybe it was the map sensor you got from Nebraska, he told you it was for a turbo car, but its a N-326 and now your $50 lighter in the pocket. Thats the battle trying to score nearly 20 year old factory electronics. Thats my 2 cents, I wish you the best of luck in your build.

again i would do it but im on a tight budget. i got no job right now, soon to be gettin one after the holiday season. and im sure that the "stock" power will be enough for me. i mean cmon i got a 12a and im going to 13bt, its quite the hp gain. but ur right about how it would save me money but the thing is i dont have the money to get power fc or i'd get it like a day after i did the swap.

You will be so far ahead of the game if you just buy a standalone in the first place. The ability to adapt to different setups, control timing, remove 20yr old parts, etc. Is priceless. It takes takes 90% of your headaches away, saves you time, and in the long run will save you $$. CJ

I've been wanting to go stand alone from day one but I cannot find anything for a S5 t2. I swear everything is made for a S4.

all this talk of wasting 100's on a t2 harness

you can use the NA wiring harness!!, you just have to extend a few wires

im to lazy to do a write up!

here is my how to, for s4 using a NA harness for t2 engine in a simple explaination

1st extend the BAC wires by a little over a FT ( on oposide side on a t2)

2nd extend the TPS wires a few inches

3rd remove the ratnest solinoide rack, or leave em unpluged ( some are different on a t2, you will not have the twin scroll solinoid, so that wont work, id just wire it open on the turbo anyway, it seems to spool better with out it if u have an ehxuast system anyway...)

4th you will not have any wiring for the knock sensor so either leave that out( the ecu only uses the knock sensor between about 2000-4000rpm incase of bad gas to retard timing from ignition knock, so it WONT SAVE YOU if you run lean anyway) or, you gotta research how to wire that up your self, it will require several wires i will tell you that), i dont run one and ive seen plenty of people that dont either, and ive had no problems with detonation

5th then just plug in all yr t2 stuff, afm, boost sensor, ecu, injectors( make sure you use the same impedance injectors as the wiring harness you are using), ect

if you have any futher questions shoot me a pm id be happy to help explain
