stupid ice

yeah so today at work the parking lot was a solid sheet of ice, no problem for me, sure i played around...when it was empty.
the lot stayed icey all day due to shade and after lunch one of my coworkers comes up to me and tells me he hit my car . what happend was he tried to park but due to the ice ended up sliding right into the back of my 7 with his toyota pick up. its gonna be a spendy fix, but atleast i dont have to pay for it lol

shattered my right tail light, buckeld my rear courter pannel and a few other dints

You coul;d always park in the middle of 9 spaces and vconme off ht e3 in front of you and back of you and the 3 on either side of you. That woudl keep people away. Sucks thoguh man at least you aren't paying for it though.

Atleast he told you rather than you finding it after work and no one around to blame. You should still kick him in the nuts though.

What's funny is the people in the vehicles that aren't considered good snow/ice vehicles never wreck and the idiots with the suvs, pickups, etc, are the first ones to wad it up on an icy road, mainly because they, for some unknown reason, think that 4 wheel drive will stop you faster.

how the **** did they total it out?
there is no way some fender damage is worth more than the car. I mean its a good, clean, running FD, that should be atleast 9K. But on another note can you buy the car back from the insurance and do the repair work yourself?

when did he say it was an fd? Judging by his myspace addy in his profile it appears he has an 88. And ****, you should be happy they did, that just gives you a chance to part it out and take the money from insurance to put all that money into a new one.
