ALMOST THERE!
dr.jones63 and i have gotten the engine just about ready to be dropped into the car. We stripped down the wireing harness and went over it with the red tape and pulled the unneeded emitions plugs (since we threw out the rats nest anyways). cleaned tranny. got new flywheel.
-still need to get done before engine goes into car...
1.get fuel lines
2.get nipple cap offs for the upper intake

hoist engine up

3.swap auto flywheel with the manual
4. attach tranny

Snags:
The S5 flywheel has a broken off bolt in one of the flywheel puller holes.
The turbo that came with the JDM was missing bolts on the turbine housing and has excessive play. - Porteded and swapped S5 turbine housing to original S4 turbo.

Looking good! I wish I were putting parts back on my FC! I still have money to spend on my engine.

So Dr. Jones, how did you get the glass beads out of the water pump and housing? The glass will eat the water pump seal, BTW.
