Spotted! ???? weirdness

a white First gen..... but it was a home-made convertable top that didn't quite fit... I mean it took up where the glass hatch woule be, the side posts and didn't quit meet up with the door windows right... saw it driving down 85th st in kirkland... who are you?

ive seen this dude at a glance in lynnwood. i tried to tail him but traffic was sucking my ***** that day. ive never seen anything like it, it sounds like a cool idea. maybe someone on here knows him?

i seen that guy a couple time s in bothell. i was confused too so i started a thread in the first gen section about 1st gen verts. i guess some guy in california made some.
