Slight Problem with my rotor..

Ok well i am sorting through all my stuff.. taking Old apex seals out and side seals and springs.. all the corner springs are flat and are stuck in carbon and the end peace on the rotor was rubbing on the irons and the end cap looks like its welded on.. is there a way to get these off??? or is the rotor ruined too?

Unless I am misunderstanding what you're saying, depending on the extent to which the rotor was rubbing against the iron, as well as screwing with those seal grooves, the rotor may need to be replaced.

All depends on the amount of damage that was done.
