Last time I went to a rx7 meet was 6-7 years ago. I would be down to go to some if there was not going to be any 'assclownary' going on. I'm getting to old for that stuff :o)

Seattle doesn't have meets. Sad yes, but it is all to true around the NW section. The south end guys do it all the time.

That's why I love the german car guys. No deuche bags blaring shitty rap music (or at least there's less than 3) no assclowns trying to show off they mad dorito skilllzzzzz, just a bunch of nice guys + hot women (not dressed like complete skanks) there to have a good time + look at cars.
Why can't we have that???

Well, is someone going to step up with planning a SEATTLE meet? I ask because I am far to busy to take charge of such a venture.
Maybe a meet on the morning of the 17th or 18th and then roll to pacific raceways for test and tune drags? $30 to race, $10 for one time season registration.

lol @ rotorette, Michelle I hope Chris can handle the jealousy.
I haven't seen the 8 guys post up their Dick's meets in the alst couple of months. Ryan is correect about Oly and FW meets.
There are monthly MazdasNW meets that vary locations. Often at Northgate or in the Seattle vicinity. Keep an eye out for those threads.
The 7 crowd has mellowed out since we ******** have offended the assclowns and they don't come back to the meets and often sell their cars, thank the Lord. Oh nd HIN went bankrupt so you can bank on that scene dying completely as it's been in a steady decline the last few years and more and more shows are folding.
Wingdome is poor due to no group parking, but the Burgermaster meets were great, but won't be the same without Adrian since it was his idea.
I think someone should start the groundwork for a dyno day this summer!! Drags sound fun. OR we could do a local meet and have some Go Kart racing action with the 7 crowd. I like that idea since we tried that before and 2 of the 20 people who RSVP'd actually showed up

The economy has helped speed up the death of the commercial aspect of the scene (HIN, many magizines folding, shops vanishing).
I am up for meeting up with 7 owners now who are in it for the love of their cars.
