RPNW Meeting Reminder (oregon)
RPNW Meeting Reminder (oregon)
For those of you who are new to the local scene and want to meet up with some local rotorheads -OR- for those of you (me) who just can't remember when the meeting is held and need a little reminder:
Club Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month. We meet at 7:30pm at the Round Table Pizza located at SW Capitol and Barbur (503) 245-2211. The address is 10070 SW Barbur, Portland, Oregon 97219. Click HERE for a map.
You don't have to be a member to attend the meetings, so feel free to join us!
I'll bump this up once a month around meeting time so everybody remembers.

Well guys, see you tomorrow! I was hoping to have the 82 GSL running by the meeting... but... starter is dead.. I'll buy a new one.. if I can leave work early enough. I can get it installed and drive it out! We'll see though.. Hasn't ran in 3yrs.
Hope to see a good turnout!

lol..
See you there, Mr. President ^_-
[going to show up super early again?]
[btw.. I'm going to grab a new negative batt. terminal connector and try to bring the GXL, I can't stay too late though - tons of HW.. :/]

Well, guess what.. FC NA starters fit perfectly on 1st gens.
So.. I got it started last night, but now it has a fuel starvation problem and cuts out after 10-20sec of running. I'm swapping the fuel filter before I come to the meeting, so I might be a smidge late... we'll see. I REALLY want to represent the RX-7 community with a WORKING RX-7.
On a side note: if anybody viewing this thread has a working 1st gen fuel pump (82 GSL here), I might want to take it off their hands at the meeting. Wouldn't mind having a spare for piece of mind.
I'll be attending tonight, actually this will be my first RPNW meeting since becoming an owner.
I attended a meeting a few years back, when I was first starting the search for my FD.
