What: Rotary fest!!
When: Saturday June 24th
Where: Treasure Island in/near San Francisco
Why: For all of us to get together and also to help raise money for RX Tuner

Ok, the thread is now officially up. Start checking your calenders/asking for time off. Here is what's going on at Rotary fest:

Ryan Scott will be here to hang out/talk to everyone
Wolf USA will have a both/show off area
Those are the 2 for sure things. Talks are going on with Atkins Rotary, who is VERY interested in coming out. Talks are also on with Rotary Extreme and a local Mazda/Mazdaspeed dealer. There will be tons of food and good music. Plus all of the great cars and other attractions that will be lined up closer to the actual date of the event. So let's start hearing what you guys think and just how many of you are planning on showing up?? I'll start an attendance thread about 2 to 3 weeks prior to Rotary fest for the 100% sure people. But for now let's just start with those who are interested.


I know that this is a bit of a drive for most all of you, but I really think that it'll be worth it. We are expecting 100+ rotary vehicles there and several great sponsors. The list of shops supporting the event keeps growing almost daily!! I do know that we have people coming in from SoCal, Nevada, and Arizona so far. So add your name to the list if you are interested.

Orangesp, you will be one of 2 to 3 REPU's there. Not to mention a 13B and 20B sandrails, an old Suzuki RE5 rotary bike, and some other rare toys. There is supposed to be a turbo rotary rock crawler there too.

It's going to be a great event everybody so come on down for it. We should be having some nice give away's too!

Well, so far we have people from 6 different states coming. And even two members from Florida!! This is shaping up to be one hell of an event, you don't want to miss this one.

Hello Rotary Fans

If anyone needs a room, send me a PM. I work for the Holiday Inn and Sheraton by the airport in SF. I got the go ahead to hold rooms for attendees at a special rate. The Holiday Inn has been completely renovated. I know they are trying to schedule the photographer to do the new exterior photos. Would be cool to have a load of 7s and old school mazdas in the properties new site photos. Just an FYI, that is one of the most expensive weekends in San Fran due to the Gay Pride Parade in the city.

Just wanted to get this thread back up to the top. Anyone else want to come down for the event? I can promise you that it will be worth the trip and then some!! 100+ cars seems like it's going to be an easy mark to hit.
