Ron's Drive Inn March 23rd. Spokane, WA
It's getting closer to BBQ Season and I'm looking forward to getting together over Burgers and Dogs soon.
How dose everyone feel about getting together Saturday March 23rd at Ron's Drive Inn about 1PM in the afternoon? (Weather permitting)

can a boinger show up? I may be able to make it. Would we be eating at Ron's or just meeting there?

I plan on making it up. I've heard amazing things about Ron's, so I'm definitely eating there!
I will have my stereo install and interior refurbish done - quite probably new headlamps in as well (with relays).

God I want to make it. I hope I can find a FB in the future. I really want to get back in to sporty cars. My current ride is fun but it not the same as an RX-7.

Had a great time at Ron's Drive In Saturday. Metalrock his wife and son, Iotus, Richard and one of his sons, as well as Melody and I all had a great lunch and conversation.
We talked a lot about rotary's but we also talked about a regional drive. Everyone from Wenatchee to CDA & from Orville to Tri Cities, anyone else that wants to come would also be welcome. We would all meet in Ritzville have a potluck BBQ or just bring your own picnic lunch. Let's have a lot of stimulating rotary conversation and drive home with new knowledge about the cars. Plus we'll blow the winter cobwebs off the cars during the drive.
We will update you soon about dates and times in a thread just for the drive.
Just Humming Along,

Great to meet you man! Looking forward to the next meetup. If all goes well, I'll either have a) 1 damned finely tuned carb or b) standalone fuel injection computer system. Either way, looking forward to the bbq and drive!
As we also talked about - we should hit up the races at Spokane Raceway. I think they have monthly open track days, and weekly drag races on friday nights.

dang im always a week behind on meets lol guess i need to log in here more often to find these spokane peeps.
Dont have a rx7 at the moment, one for $1900 in post falls autocredit car lot, needs work- clutch pedal drops to the floor-smokes-ignition key switch moved, stock looking engine bay, didnt test drive because needs the clutch bleed or new slave and/or master. def not worth 1900.
or I been looking into getting a cheap miata and doing a rotary swap into that

its supposed to do that
Hey Sidewayze, talk to Chris (NICD) if you see him at the ASNW autocross events, he drives the dirty white FC and is a good friend of mine. He seems to come across barn/field find rx7s often.
