Rip: Bill Banning
Bill Banning passed away, at 58 years old-a victim of cancer, Tuesday July 7th 2009.
A member of our Bellingham based auto-x club, Bill auto-crossed a Red FC at events all over the pacific northwest.
As a novice he and then competitor in the same class we both battled for the class win season after season until I modded my car too much and got bumped up.
He was very active in the club from being safety steward to chasing me around the course boundary with the decibel meter lol.
Hats off and a moment of Silence...
