any suggestions on refinishing wheels?
I'm picking up some wheels to run skinnies on and would like to make them look better.... for obvious reasons.

what's the best way to take off the paint that's on them & prep them for powder coating? going to be either black or silver

 

take the tire off and sand blast them. that will rip off the paint annd do the prep work for you.
otherwise do some MEK to remove the paint and a light grit sand paper
