The only place I found in Portland was "Metal Polishing by Timothy" located east of the airport.
They did my wheel lips, did a DAMN good job and were decent price.
They are about $57 an hour but are fast.
Polishing is all they do. They seem a little sketch at first but they do the OEM polishing for Kenworth.

their hours are 6am to 3pm so you have to work around them.
They are totally worth it.
little hint: I would take steel wool to your parts first.. clean them up. The less they have to do, the less it will cost you. And they dont strip paint. Again ALL they do is polishing.
