ugh.. Yea I keep seeing that thing too...

Poor car - I bet it'd sell if the guy got rid of his ugly:
interior, body kit, and gauges..

I really like the wheels, and the engine seems built up quite a bit..

But for a car that doesn't even look like what it's supposed to.. He's asking too much ^_-

It hasn't sold cuz it's been overpriced from the get-go... It's obviously ONE person's taste... And no one else's... Originally the car was listed at like $14k I think... Maybe it was $12k... But it's been on there for several months, if not more then a year now...

I remember it listed from $12k, yes. I too dislike the yellow interior and that spoiler, the rest looks pretty good to me.

if the interior was yellow/black without the red, it would be ok looking. black interior would be perfect.

I think Ronald McDonald designed the interior.... Looks like a NA turbo convertion, with some crazy manifold. Definatly overpriced...

It has been close to a year, I love the wing, I started at 10k because I have well over 12k in it, the yellow was a bit too much for me as well but its and easy fix if you dont like it, isn,t it? The car is in great shape.

Interesting heat exchanging systems you have there.

Intake sucks the air from behind the radiator, the turbo hot side is right next to the radiator pipe.

Lose the wing and you would be able to sell it. Keep the wing and this thread will pop up again in a year. The red and yellow interior is the other deal killer. Anyone going to spend that much on an FC is going to be a rotary enthusist. Anyone who is a rotary enthusist would rather have a completely stock s5 Turbo II for the same price than something modified so heavly to one persons taste.

Simply put, the closer to stock you can make its exterior and interior the more money you will get for it. Good luck with the sale.

Yeah, I must say, as someone who is currently in the market for a new FC, if you lowered the price by another couple thousand, I might consider it, but if I did get it I would quickly proceed to de-McDonald it and de-rice it.

yah ur never gonna get anywhere near what u put into this thing. the only cars that car really do that are very very rare muscle cars n stupid ridic 240's and even then its almost not worth it. u obviously made the car to suit ur taste u may as well just keep it because i think that not many ppl will take a second look at that besides to see what a strange setup the engine bay has. if ur interested in getting rid of the car u may try putting everything u pulled off the car back on and try selling all the other stuff, it may be more difficult n time consuming but i think in the long run u'll get more for the car that way. just my opinion. . . do what u want

kind of proving the point that there is someone for everything, you just have to be willing to wait for that person to come along. congratulations for waiting it out!
