Stage Auto Center in Kirkland off of 116th by the Subaru dealer. Great guys, great service, and they're well worth their prices. Not to mention they have a brand new paint booth that costs more than most people's house... =) It bakes an entire car in 4 hours or something insane like that
Price can depend on color and quality of paint. Also you can match different parts closely but due to the fact you are mixing old paint job w/ new paint job it makes tough to match you will almost always have an offset. I guess it all boils down to how picky are you? Another option would be to blend the front bumper in with the fenders, which would involve painting part of your bumper into part of the fenders and clearing both.
If you got the time and equipment I would say paint it yourself. Depending on how good you are should be no problem, especially on something as small as a bumper. But it can also turn out to be a big headache and mess especially when you get runs, or orange peal.

Sorry for the delayed answer. I haven't been on the forum for a few days. The paint job cost just a little over $5,400 (gulp), but it was worth it. It actually looks better than when it was new (don't know if they clear coated the paint back in 82). With the Konig wheels, I'm totally in love with the car all over again!
