Racecar Starter button wiring/key delete help

Hey everyone,
I tried to post on the other forums and google and Rx7 search and found very little useful or way over complicated information on wiring up an RX7 to a power toggle - ACC-ON and then push to start with a key delete and fuel cut off button, as well.

I have acquired high amperage switches through a racing store's starter button panel, do I still need a relay?

I was reading horror stories of not wiring the button right and frying the starter an fuel pump so I need to get this correct the first time.

Can you guide me on what color of wires do what, thanks

Also if anyone has an extra FC front and rear bumper that would help tons for my project

I really don't have an answer to your problem but if you need manuals here is a good place to down load them. As a guess I would say that the relay stays because it operates several other things too.

Thanks. I bought a haynes manual but the section on ignition was way to vauge. All I need to know is what wire colors do what and if i need a new relay between were it used to connect to the key ignition and where it goes into my start panel.

1- Ignition input-black/ yellow stripe wire that sends (+) to ECU/ etc from ignition
2- Fused ignition- solid black wire on ignition that receives constant 12v
3- Accessory Output - solid blue wire on column that powers radio/ wipers/ etc.
4- Starter Output -black/ red stripe wire that sends (+) to starter from ignition

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me! Okay, so this is what I came up with from the data I have collected from the books and from what you are saying. I decided against inline LED's like the diagram you sent because it's not that important IMHO.

1.) Does this diagram look correct?
2.) What about wires (White-red stripe), (black-white stripe) and (small wire- solid black and small red with a black stripe {for the key beeper?}]
3.) What amperage should the inline fuses be?

i will have to look at my friends again and see.. but you should have the fuel pump off its own switch/relay.. so you need ign on switch and just push start button would be the right way

Oops I mislabeled it, black and yellow should be Ign on, right? In that case does everything look right? Also would it be alright if the constant 12V went through the other switches to the start button? or does that need a seperate circut ie 12v in and starter out only?

I talked to my friends at autozone and they said to put the ACC on it's own fuse/switch? Is that valid?

I have my acc running to a separate switch. I rarely turn it on (mostly to adjust the mirrors) but yes, its valid to have accessories running on a separate switch.
