points on insurace / driving record

points on insurace / driving record

anyone know how many points a negligent driving 2nd degree puts on your driving record in the state of WA ??? No one freak out, this is something I'm dealing with now that happened two years ago.

well they dont have a neg in the 2nd in insurance databases, belive me, my neg in the 2nd will be off my record in november. and im through progressive for my insurance, and they list it as reckless, wich sux, but just liability on my DD is like 65 a month, with 2 no insurance tickets too.

and i do have insurance now... just had to say it...

washington doesn't have a points system from my understanding. If you haven't gone to court yet give me a call. I know ways to beat neg's!!!

I don't believe WA has a points system. I know Colorado does use a points based system though.

wish i would have known that about 3 years ago... i got shafted for over $709...
i got screwed, the court system here blows...

i can confirm it, my dads a county sheriff, Washington doesn't use a points
system for driving offenses UNLESS it is a FLEONY traffic charge, like you ran
over a baby.... then backed up and hit it again, in which case your screwed.
Hyper, shoot me a PM on how to beat Negs, I have a wreckless lurking in the
shadows, and it might be transferable or just plain useful information.

let me read the officers statement you should be able to get out of it depending on what he said. also I need the law that you were ticketed for. Washington state laws are easier to beat than local.
