PCA autox Sunday August 10th at PIR

I've registered for the Porsche Club autox this Sunday.

Anyone else planning to go with an FD?

Adam?

More info: http://www.oregonpca.org/events/auto...s-regulations/

Got the new ST swaybars installed Saturday.

Yesterday the fenders got rolled. (Thanks Josh, the Eastwood Fender Roller works great!)

Tonight the fender liners go back in the front, probably with a little adjustment.

Tomorrow some tuning at the Dyno.

Next up I have to align the car. (alignment is pretty bad at the moment)

Following that the 285/30/18 Kumho V710's go on for a test drive and to get scuffed a bit.

We'll see. I haven't raced this car in 2.5 years.

This is a shakedown run.

Should be interesting, and a bit faster than the Miata.

I'll DL the data from the Datalogit to be sure, but I think it was 13 lbs.

IIRC intake temp was 135f.

Oil temp was 180-185 at the pedestal, so that's what, about 205 at the pan?

Water temps were a lovely 190.

Nice! Congrats!

That's really good power at 13psi.

It would be a good idea for me to mod your Mocal oil thermostat to accept a temp sensor. I did it on mine and it provides very accurate temps that way.

13.23 psi

Yeah, a temp sensor in there is a great idea.

Winter project - I'm not ready to take it back apart yet.

Nope, Adam beat me my 1.4 seconds. I thought I had a 38.66 as a best time, but I apparently nailed a cone on that run.

I've got a number of excuses for why I didn't do better, just ask.

When you go to the registration page it will say "Approved Members Only" for the last 2 events for the year.

I've already asked what this means: Non PCA drivers cannot register until 2 weeks before the event.

That explains why I don't remember seeing a fourth RX. By the way it was amusing and cool at the same time to see you run that police interceptor.
