So Oregon Drift didn't have enough pre reg drivers to drift at Pats Acres next friday. The event organizer said that only 4 cars pre reg'd, an 86, an RX7 (me) and probably some 240 guys i'm sure. This sucks because it may hurt us in the long run but we won't know for sure until we hear more from PARC about the next possible event date. It would've helped if they didn't schedule it the day before PGP's last open track day but OD can only take what PARC offers.

 

You going to come up to PGP next weekend? I'm not sure why you guys do it on Fridays, even if PGP did it on Fridays I would not be able to attend. Drifting is expensive, I have to keep my job.

 

I'm trying to resource some funds to make it but it ill be tight if at all possible. I wanna hit PGP atleast once this year.

The reason PARC is on fridays is because saturdays and sundays are carting days. Until we draw in more money then the cart guys we can only take whats given.

 

Ok, let me know. Would be awesome to not be the only 7 running without major issues out there. You should come out just to get as far away from grants pass drifters as possible.

Yeah well as far as being issue-less i dunno about. But i would definately like to do either event at PGP. We'll see how my money issues turn out first. I need new brakes asap, I couldn't handbrake through the small spots at PARC let alone use it for entry so that'll be the first issue I resolve.
