Damn, I wish I would've checked this out earlier. I'm in the Marine Reserves and just started getting signed up to go temporary active duty to do the Toys for Tots. I'm definitely down to go next year though, now that I know about it.

I should be able to make this one. Depends on when I get out of school and the condition of the pass.

I've only had my 7 for a couple of months. Still in middle of major surgery. But, will make this (just might not have much of an interior). I'm on the Eastside so will be down for a meet-up over here first - just let me know the info.

start with the easy stuff Karl. Plugs, wires, coils, make sure you're getting spark. Try deflooding it. How many volts do you have before you crank it over? etc etc. Start with easy and work toward utter confusion

pull your plugs out and remove your egi fuse. crank the engine over for about 30 to 60 seconds. put in clean plugs and crank it some more to burn off the fuel. then put the egi back in and it should fire up if it was flooding causing the problem

Do you know what is causing the flooding?

I think that mine was caused by a leaky injector (or 2).

I was able to get mine running by only changing the plugs on the one rotor that is easiest to reach

That aloowed me to start it and drive it for a bit, then I replaced all of my injectors.

Mike

Is your fuel pressure too low for the new pump?
