You guys are a riot. When I think of Tim's big head all I see is one of those clown balloons on stilts and the stilts are pink. I am really looking forward to meeting everyone and putting faces with names. I have had a busy couple of days with my car in the shop yesterday having my lighter hooked up for my radar detector. I got pulled over twice in a week doing 18 over both times. The first time I was given a lovely gift of a $173 ticket and I wasn't even in my car! The second time I was fortunate in that a car driving by when I was handing the officer my information lost a front wheel which flew onto the other side of the freeway. Cop said it was my lucky day - I bought my radar detector half an hour later. I didn't even have my license a month, but I sort of predicted it wouldn't take long!

Today my power steering belt broke and I almost like driving the car without the power steering except when it comes to parallel parking.

 

That sux... Sounds like you own a rotary though. lol At least you have a few weeks to fix it! Maybe I'll see you there!

My car was never really off the road, it was only a little harder to steer at low speeds but it's fixed. Still trying to get the compass in my radar detector calibrated. I have to drive around in a circle twice which I did but I think I was going too fast.

There isn't very much to report except I think we have been getting a pretty good response. I am still looking for more ideas for something to do in addition to the spandex car wash. Have to have some way to hand out prizes!
