When did you get this one? + what side skirts are those? They look awesome!

 

another one of these pictures showed up on my myspace comments randomly.

 

Sideskirts are RE's. Not a fan of the REAR diffuser because it doesn't do much from a side angle to help the rear from looking so high but it flows well with the red.

Form>Function Unless your racing on a track which I put money that other then maybe some occasional drifting this car wasn't built to be a track car. I bet 90% of the people who run this diffuser don't track the car and buy it simply for looks. I personally think it looks retarded from the side when you have a front bumper/lip and sideskirts that lower the body of the car and then the back bumper is 12"+ off the ground. It just looks silly imo and the diffuser does nothing to help that. It looks great from the back but thats it.

 

That's why you get the vortex generators too. Then it helps a bit with the side profile.


Maybe I'll throw mine on tomorrow....... Hrmmm

 

There are two reasons I have this car.
1. I don't wanna track my lexus.
2. I have to finish 1 FC and own it for a year in order to win the $10,000 bet I have with a friend who believes I can't own an FC without blowing it up. (He forgot to restrict me from doing an engine swap. NISSAN POWER FTW!!!)

Now in terms of the effectiveness of this diffuser. I don't know if it helps or not. I'll admin I bought it for the visual effect is has on the profile of the car, bringing all the lines on the bottom into a similar area. However if its effects reach beyond that of just making the car look better (I'm entitled to my own opinion, right?) then effectively, I got more than I paid for.

BTW there is no bet, but it makes for a great story, no?

 

I thought long and hard about getting it(diffuser) myself but the side profile when a car is kitted and lowered was the deal breaker for me. So whats in it? rb20-sr20

Sorry posted this in the wrong thread. Boost lee, car looks nice. I like the diffuser, I'm shure the side pic doesn't really do it justice.

Finally got mine back up from Yakima. A deer took my NA mirror. They have surprisingly good dexterity for having no thumbs.
