Need to use a welder
I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to let me use there welder and hood. I need to weld my new exhaust up. Right now I'm working with a strait pipe to stock axle back, to an apexi muffler almost all slip fitted up. I have 2-1/2" tubing. I need to make 1 more cut so if you have a sawzall that would be awesome. if not I've got the hacksaw. I can do the welding, just need a welder, and a hood. All I've got to my name is 10 bucks but your welcome to it for use of your stuff.
BTW I'm a welder by trade. I just don't have a job. so no worries of me breaking your stuff. I need to get this done asap, my muffler is about to fall off.

that would be awesome. I'm free anytime unfortunately so when is good for you?
I've been rolling with a redneck exhaust way to long. now that my mufflers hanging I got some moneys together to fix it up a bit. Its still going to be partially slip fit till I can buy some flanges, but 2 slip fits is better than a reducer to slip fit to flex pipe to strait pipe to another slip fit to stock exhaust. to a huge gap between the stock tubing and the muffler inlet. Its bad really ghetto. I thought my huge gap weld was what broke but it was the muffler support that was there to begin with. So not my weld. it may be ugly but built to last.

Cool, I just sent you a pm with my number. I really appreciate this. This is what needs to be done, shouldn't take me more than 45 minutes. Cut off muffler, make 2 angled cuts. 2 welds on axle back, and one on strait pipe to mandrel bend. I say 45 cause I'm working with the hacksaw. it would take about 20 otherwise.

Yeah, no worries, the welder just kind of fell in my lap. It took a bit longer than expected. I had a few minor set backs, that and it was hot and I spent alot of time just thinking about doing it. I was procrastinating alot.
