Need turbo specialist

I think my turbo control actuator is bad do you guys know of any way i could find out for sure or if there is a shop around here that could take a look for me thanks.

Down south, I would recommend Jerry Wright at Jerry's Little Cars. He really knows rotaries. On the East side I would go to Lee Johnson in Kirkland - Doc Westland and at least one other guy there are very good troubleshooters.
