Seems my intercooler (greddy 24R for a FC) has gotten stollen from the fedex truck. So If anyone see's one of these for sale on CL, please contact me so I can recover my part. I'm hoping the ****** tryes to sell it. Too bad joe's not here He probably already knows where it is.

Yeah, there should be some sort of insurance on that in case something happens.

I had some rare old school mtb parts I bought off a guy and they lost them. I got a call a day past delivery date and seems it had fallen off the back of the truck. New driver had put it there and forgot and drove off. It was about half mile from my place. Recovered the parts and read them the riot act. My package was insured. I'd go ballistic on them. Ask for the guy on the phones boss, then his boss if necessary. They lost it and the contents can be confirmed. I'd say you are due replacement parts.

 

They are going to pay for it I just don't think I'm gonna get what the part was worth, and I have to rely on the person I bought it from to follow the claim, I've called fedex and done all I can. I just wan't my part. I'm just asking if anyone see's one for sale thats brand new, let me know so I can get my parts. I'm shure I'm just gonna get the 620 I paid for it not the 1400 that the part is worth. I just want the intercooler, not the cash.

Bump still looking for the part, I've spoke with fedex about the situation, and they agree its completly there fault. I told them If I where to continue busness with them I'd like my part replaced with the same part, not the money. I think its fair. I've spent well more than 1300 bucks in shipping from fedex over the years of my car habbit. 50 bucks 20 bucks that **** adds up quik. I think theyed lose more future funds than the cost of a new intercooler. I have my heart set on the greddy, knock off won't do even though I get a little extra cash that I could actually use at the moment. I just want the greddy intercooler.

fedex is the worst! they dont move **** on the weekends. a 3 day delivery usually takes at least a week. its the worst place USPS ftw

 

yeah, usps, people don't wanna **** with the feds #1 and the drivers are likely to kill you over stolen mail. yeah, they sent the reembersment check to the person I bought the intercooler from in the first place, and I'm out 100 bucks plus what it takes to ship me the cash. from what I originally paid. never gonna use them again. there customer support is junk. I've been on the phone bitching for over a week, they settled fast, but they don't enovolve you in the process. you make a claim they decide what its worth, and send you a check. no notification that anything is happening. I've sent various emails. I'm unhappy with how it was handled, and with the settlement. I can prove I paid more for it than that, I can also prove that the part itself is worth twice that very least. it was brand new. not used. missing 2 sillicone couplers a whole 20 bucks in parts needed. and a hole in the car and some welding and bumper trimming.

I keep gettting female reps, I try explaining greddy as prada for your car. they didn't even give me the whole cost getting a knock off greddy shipped to my house.
