Need a repair shop in Everett, WA
Hello, new RX7 owner in Everett, WA here. I bought a 1988 RX7 convertible as part of package deal from some neighbors moving to the SW, I want to fix a couple of things and then sell it.
I would appreciate a recommendation for a repair shop in the Everett, WA area. Or, any advice anyone might have... When I put my key in the ignition it often doesn't want to move forward to the start position. If I jiggle it enough times it will go. Seems like an issue with the lock mechanism. Also, if anyone has any leads on where I can get a power window cable for my driver's side door it would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Mazda-Tech (owner: Mike) is a small repair shop in Mukilteo, they have a good reputation on this forum, and their repair costs are reasonable. Our local dealership (Doug's Lynnwood Mazda) also has a good reputation, but of course they only install new parts and their labor rates are higher. Even though these shops have good reputations, as always get a written estimate before agreeing to any work.
Covey's wrecking yard in Marysville may have the parts you need. They can be kinda cranky on the phone, and it's often best to go there in person as they are very nice in person. They're closed on weekends. Note that the dealership won't install used parts.
