Soooo I have emissions coming up this month, last one I'll ever need to pass in King county. I know my ACV is bad, and the guy i was buying from vanished. I don't need it for more than a day, just slap it on, drive down to the DMV and drive back, pull it off. If I fail anyways, I'll probably just drop the 150 to get the exemption.
tl;dr: Need to borrow an NA s4 ACV valve for emission for a day or two.
Thanks!
Dan

If you need to borrow one, why not just clean out the one you got? I just did it on a car, it's rather simple.
Screwdriver. Open it, use brake cleaner, screw it back together.

I have one you could borrow, but running a line directly to the cat from the airpump will work as well (did this on my car recently and passed with flying colors)
Make sure you put it back to normal asap though, or you run the risk of damaging the cat and airpump. (drove mine like that for about 2 months before the cat melted lol)
