Hey Oregon guys,

I am supposed to be moving in May, to the Portland area. I searched a bit about emissions and didn't find anything very recent about testing.
I am from MI and we have no emissions standards that I know of :P so I am running no cats/ airpump etc.

Am I going to have to buy new cats etc? I drive an 87' base

any info is appreciated

yeah portland has emmitions, but not all of oregon does. theres ways that you can leave it. I'm not sure if I should post that though
