Meat.

Oldschool BBS RS 3 piece mesh rims, FINALLY I've got some real tires and wheels thanks to ebay and Bank of America. 16x8 fronts and 16x9 rears with 225/245 width tires.

I know my car looks gay but I don't care, it's almost time for more torque than I can handle, let the belt driven boost begin!

/shrug. I like 'em, although they're not right for the color IMO.

I had black center BBS rims before and didn't like it.

Maybe a light metallic gray or something?

Maybe all silver, then? Or not, if you like how the gold looks with the yellow.

I think they look cool the way they are. It's funny how easy it is for everyone else to spend your $. Thats what I need.................with some drag radials.

Hows the fitment and did you need spacers?

Agrees^^^ I like the gold. I think it's a nice clean look. They just don't seem like the type of wheels that would look right in a charcoal. Just my oppinion.

The offsets are 30 front and 41 rear, and no spacers were needed. The fronts have about an eighth inch gap between the tires and my eibach springs and the rears have about a half inch. The seller said that they were on a 300zx.

Okay, here we go, the first pics of my Millenia S supercharger installation. The supercharger hides all the work that went into getting it to mount up properly; the mount bracket and curved throttle body inlet pipe are all hidden from view. It doesn't look like it but there is some decent clearance behind the throttle body, but it took some serious fabbing to avoid hitting the brake booster or oil filter. When the engine torques in the mounts, the supercharger won't hit anything thankfully.

Last pic is of the fmic that sits at the top of the radiator opening way in back where the ricers won't see it. The oil cooler is not obstructed by it.

All that's left to do is build / install the megasquirt ECU and wideband O2 sensor, make the oil lines and intercooler pipes for the supercharger, and reroute a few hoses and the leading coil. After I get it going and start testing it out, it'll be time for a TII transmission, etc.

The goal is to make the engine feel like a streetported NA 20b: 300 crank hp with a predictable linear power band and instant throttle response.

Whipple makes a kit for your cobra, same boost as the stock M112 but for some reason it makes a few more HP. It's one of these twinscrew chargers, but I think it's 5 / 4 lobes while mine is 4 / 3 lobe, probably an earlier style before the lysholms started to get really refined. I seriously want to know how much boost I'm going to get. The miller cycle engine uses the supercharger to compress against a very late closing intake valve and upgoing piston, so it must be stronger than a typical 220hp application unit, or at least I hope it will be. All I know is the millenia miller cycle V6 has 2.5l swept volume (blowdown after ignition basically) which is close to our 2.6l equivalent rotaries.

Next week after I get the megasquirt is on this thing, I'll start working on oil hoses so I can hear this badboy scream for the first time! Twinscrew + rotary with header will be an interesting sound.
