check other cities on craigslist and you will find the one you want or the FC for sale section

88 GTU for sale $2K

I have one. an 88 GTU, some details.

169,000 miles. it has a Hayes rotary rebuild, street port engine that is a couple of years old. runs and starts pretty good, but does need some TLC, i.e ignition work and fine tuning. it idles a bit rough. it does have an FC-1000 on the leading coil. body is in straight condition except the right front corner has a dent, but it's not bad, and most folks won't even spot it from 30 feet away. it does have the usual parking lot dings. i'm selling the car because i'm just not really willing to work on it, tweak it and get it running really good. it has a good exhaust only a couple of years old, but likely will need a new converter. i get them from rx7.com, they run about $315. it's a bonez hi flow. i did a lot of work on it about 5 years ago, including new front disks, new lower a-arms and ball joints (they come with) new tie rod ends, new bushing for the roll bar. it's got a 9 speaker stereo with 10" subwoofer in the pocket behinds the drivers seat, and tweeters positioned up front with crosseover caps in the doors. there are two rockford fosgate amps under each seat. sunroof works but is balky, likely needs a thorough cleaning and new grease. it works best on a hot summer day when the mechanism is warmed up. you can get ahold of me at cell #425-280-4010, or bswedenburg@hotmail.com. i'm asking $2K. it's red.

Not that I'm interested....but pics are a big bonus when selling a car on the forum.

BTW, I'm still looking for a S5 n/a that needs an engine/tranny etc. No verts.

Or a repu again.
