this morning at about 5-530 my 87 GXL was stolen out of oak harbor. The car is on Megan racing coils, shes got strut tower bars, and S5 tails. Who ever did it was looking for 7's I'm assuming because they tried to take my parts car too. plate # 030-xtk

How did they steal it? Did you hear them start it and drive off, or did they just drag it up a tow truck?

 

I believe they started and drove off with it.

I have no Clue... But they were looking for FCs, they didnt touch the 240 or the STI that was next to it. Thanks for looking... I'm keeping an eye on craigslist from Vancover to Portland... see if somethign pops up.

hmmm. almost everyone i know whos owned an rx7 has been stolen. including mine. no matter how beat to hell they look they still get jacked! luckily i got mine back with the front bumper in half, broken headlight motor and a bent tie rod.....

 

that sucks.... I hope mine turns up... but its getting harder to lie to myself about it... Other mods to the car are Corksport header and HKS Intake... and theres a Memphis Audio sticiker on the gas cap cover... Just trying to think of things that will help her stand out.

 

I have seen your 7 around town, last time I saw it you had the S4 tail lights in it. **** sucks I had my 7 stolen almost 2 years ago, but it was found in Bellingham. got it back with a wax job and the guy was nice enough to save me time by cutting out the entire security harness that the previous owner put in. honestly I got it back in better shape then when it was taken, except I did not get the keys back I will most deficiently keep an eye out for yours.

 

Well still no work on my car... but i picked up a 95 TSI with a 20g for dirt cheap =D
