Local shop to get car tested?

I'm thinking of buying a Tii that I found. Overall the thing looks like the guy parked by feel, corners are scraped up and the drivers door is missing the trim strip. The engine is jspec non-rebuilt. The car is in tacoma, where could I go near there that I could get someone to do a compression test on the engine to see if it is about dead?

How hard is it to change quarter panels?

And the guy mentioned that it makes a popping sound when you punch it, dunno what that means. I haven't seen the car, probably stop by this weekend and look.

quarter panels are welded in...itd probly be easier to have the dents pulled to the best of ur ability, or find a TII or even NA shell in good condition, and transfer parts across to it... as for shop around tacoma? i'm not real sure... i know of mark at mt peak automotive, but he's up near enumclaw... his numbers 866-825-1170 if you want to call him, he's excellent.

I am thinking I'm going to pass it by then. The front right and rear left panels are both wrinkled up on the corners.

Too many small problems and things that could be big problems.
