HAHAHAHAHA - wow Hornie-baby, all I can say is you come across like an angry young dick.

Like most privledges, the privledge of free speech comes with some responsibilties as well! Your tenuous suppositions as to how an open diff came to be in a GSL would probably be just enough to get you laughed at in a court of law. It would be like me stating that the reason you were "medically discharged" from the Navy is because they caught you buttramming your bunkmate. I don't have any proof that it happened, but it SOUNDS plausible, right? Do you want to be called fagboy every time someone addresses you? It's an unfair, hurtful, and insulting thing isn't it? Your intention seems to be to unfairly attack a man's character, and adversely affect his business using these imaginary deductions that you figured out on your Blue's Clues decoder ring simply becasue YOU DON'T LIKE HIM. In this country you are allowed to not like people. You are allowed to tell other people that you don't like people. What you are NOT allowed to do is adversely affect them by either lying, or not bothering to learn actual facts. When you do that it raises the stakes to unpleasant things like "defamation". Here is a little excerpt from the Media Law Resource Center:

"Libel and slander are legal claims for false statements of fact about a person that are printed, broadcast, spoken or otherwise communicated to others. Libel generally refers to statements or visual depictions in written or other permanent form, while slander refers to verbal statements and gestures. The term defamation is often used to encompass both libel and slander."

If you have an honest and factual testimonial, either positive or negative, about your personal experience with Jeff then by all means relate it and then get on with growing up, because it sounds like you could use it.

Since I have the SAME rights, I can tell you that I have dealt with Jeff on and off for many years now and have repeatedly found him to be knowledgable, honest, and fair. He has a strong personality to be sure, but I guess a lot of us more more mature adults do also, so we don't feel quite as threatened by that as you seem to. Personally, I appreciate that he tends to get right to the point without spending a lot of time trying to make feel-good speeches. I have spent thousands of dollars with Jeff, so clearly I am voting with my wallet. I feel like I have gotten good value for those dollars, or I probably wouldn't be able to afford to race at all. The picture that you paint is in sharp contrast to the guy that just recieved the IRDC's award for helping bring new drivers into the sport by mentoring, contributing time and labor, and helping control costs for his fellow racers. He barely has time to run his OWN races because he is walking around the paddock helping others fix their broken cars. Maybe if YOU make the effort it takes to form relationships with people like these, your own experience would be a little more rewarding.

Matt, Jeff take your personal opinions, and arguments about each other to pms, phone, or take to the "good guy bad guy section". Lately there has been nothing but fighting between all of us and shops in the NW, and its getting old. "CLOSED"
