Will do...I got the motor back this am and it looks...new! Looked new b4 but it looks newer now. Will get it in the car this weekend and wire in the Haltech. Should be fun...never done the Haltech thing b4. Marc (Spyder)is coming out to assist and I am sure that Adam (AFGmoto1978) will be around as well. Good times!

I'm modifying the throttle body plenum to accept the 85 buick skylark mass air flow sensor that's needed, fab'in up custom intake tubing and making a custom dash panel for his gauges.

If spider shows up Tuesday the car should be running that night. Then tune Thursday.

Well See

Doh! Ya, IAT. It's done, all I need to do now is fab up a block off plate for the oil injector pump and gauge panel.

95 octane is key really...I'll run race fuel in with super. Hopefully that will be super enough. No passengers sucks ***! All of the guys at the shop were excited to go also. Hmmmm.

Man I look evil in that picture.

Regular old synthetic oil for the engine and pre-mix in the gas.

Oil injector pump block off plate done and dropped off. Gauge panel tomorrow hopefully.

No passenger deal suck *****, I was hoping to get a few facial expressions from some friends that were going to come. Damn insurance companies.

So, what was the problem? MAP sensor? Something else? You sounded a bit on edge when you called me yesterday.

It's always frustrating to do these things at the last minute! I once got a car started (fresh rebuild, GSL-SE EFI conversion) for the first time the DAY BEFORE driving it 4,000 miles to Florida for a race. Rushing sucks.

I might be able to make it out there this evening, probably after 8 pm.
