Lee Johnson Mazda, but expensive.

Also I think Don Hayes is going to start a new rotary shop in Kirkland.

Gaskets are cheap at Lee Johnson, or just buy some high temp RTV and use that, I've done that in binds before and it worked perfectly fine.

As for MOP lines/washers/o-rings, they can get those too but I'm sure the lines are $$$. Do you have an s4 or s5? TII or n/a? I have the MOP lines for s5 n/a, not sure on if there are any differences between s4 and s5, though. They are in great condition, perfectly flexible and look awesome. I'm in the Kirkland area next to Inglemoore HS.

RTV and no gasket works fine on intake manifolds, so does hylomar. RTV is the only thing that works (in my experience) on the thermostat and water pump housings.

I've had good success with a roll of gasket material and RTV for the thermostat housing, my gasket didn't turn out to be the exact correct shape, though

Never tried just RTV, though.

Ill do the Rtv then.. i used just rtv on thermostat and never had a problem. "someone" told me that gas might eat into rtv. but if people use it on the uim and lim and water pump housing and water pump itself ill try it... i have an s4 N/a and the engine i have came with all or most of the parts, but the MOP was off and the injectors were broke, and the water Pump Housing was off, but i can use the ones from my old engine, the lines are yella and look like they can break easy, this is a used engine so i rather not spend alot of money on **** to get it in. so ill go with the basics, i still might need the mop Oring and lines for my S4 and maybe the crush washers for the oil injectors and oil cooler, what am i missing? i guess ill figure it out when i get to work,

What about all the new parts that they've been ripping off from people. I'd buy a few of those. I could use a new set of housings.

Nancy Grace should do a piece on Don Hayes for all those he molested (fig. of speach) over the years.......including myself on 2 engines. I have a set of $2500 Rotor Weights sitting in my garage that looks like someone took a chizel to them and just started BANGIN away !! What a joke and a BOLD FACED LIAR Don Hayes is. Seems so nice on the phone but was completely full of ****.

ITs about damn time someone shuts their asses down.

Thats why I was there the one time I was. I called and asked if I could have some scrap housings and plates to practice on, he said he had some I could have and to just come get em. So, I went down there, and loaded up the car with about a dozen, lol. Thats when he took me for a walk through of the shop, so he could show me where they were all stacked, and I just started asking questions about stuff, next thing I knew, it was a full blown guided tour, lol. Anyway, I goofed around with the new welder on them too after I ported them, haha. He has them stacked floor to ceiling in some areas

I meant only on the thermostat housing, I've use pure rtv with no gasket on all those things too.

hell, i know of people who raced these things and they used rtv for the coolant seals and stuff instead of the gasket packs. worked good, yet they also tore the engine apart after every event to make sure everything waas good.

Does anyone know where Don's new Shop will be? All he told me was that it'd be near the Totem Lake Fred Meyer on 116th.

I'm still waiting for a call on the status of my FD, it's supposed to be done this week and I still haven't heard from Don.

BTW, I called the IRS and was referred to their local collection people...I was told that they don't have any records of anything being done against Hayes Rotary.

I'm planning to check with the state's Department of Revenue next.

You should check the dealer. If you buy the "kit" it is A LOT cheaper than buying individually.
