Off subject: Thank you bstrange99 for helping in the rain and cold weather put up our portable garage for IoTus to keep dry over the winter.

how do we get a copy of the video, or are we getting on in the mail if we were in the class??

 

I bought a small batch of dvds to let the powers that be get a rough idea where we are at. We are at the part where the fat has been trimmed off, next it's seasoning and to the grill.

I am not sure what is being decided for distribution, but I have been editing it in the original .DV format from tape. its only a 20+ gig file now .
