I'm new.

Well I'm new here. I live in Seattle WA. I own a 1987 Mazda RX-7 its got a 5-speed (I can't drive a manual trans, I'm lame) , no power locks, no power windows, the suspension and breaks off the turbo model. But I'm a huge fan of old Toyota's. Thats about it.

Hi I'm Walt welcome to the boards. If you need work done to your car don't go to xtreme auto salon. Speaking of which they said my car should be ready this week, but i doubt it lol.

We need to teach you how to drive that thing. I learned the hard way. A dirt bike was my first stick. I didnt get killed on the bike so driving a stick in a car was not bad. I think I drove a few years before I tackeld my first Tacoma hill. Thanks to the parking brake I didnt roll back and hit any cars. I layed some rubber on the road.
Actually you can learn to drive a stick in one day. clutch technique and gas when needed is all it is.
