Unhappy I'm BACK! almost :(

After being RX-less for years, (since 2009) I had found a FC that was going to be a father/son project. Yeah my kids almost ready to drive. I had the cash, was waiting to get a car dolly and the seller pulled back on me. I do knot know if he is part of the forums and I ask for him to keep his anonymity. This purchase would have meant so much and now it is nothing. The problem is I only have a few hundred to spend and the current 7 prices are a bit higher than when I got my first ones back in the Clinton administration.

Just wanted to vent and share my disappointment.

That stinks to hear they backed out. Hundreds is kind of hard to come by these days. There is a nice looking 87 TII shell for $1500. Your son could probably be $3k into a nice TII after adding a drive train with that one.

Yeah, I'm bummed out about the lack of cheap cars but at least RXs are going to people who want them. How many conversations have you had that had " I just needed a car" while discussing rotaries.
