Hi all. I am one of the lucky few that have been able to find a job now days, and now I need a place to sleep! I got a job in Wallingford/Green Lake/North Seattle area, and hope to find a house or apartment in that general area. Would be awesome to find a house with a garage. I'm am most likely going to need need to get a extra public storage slot for the drift car and such.

Anyways, if you guys know of anybody cool in that area looking for a roommate, let me know.

lol I'm kinda far north and out of garage space, but I have 3 more bedrooms not occupied. I would just need to talk to my roommate about it if you were interested, but I'm sure you wanna sta closer to Seattle than where I'm at.

Update: I talked to my girlfriend for a while, and I guess I am looking for a place either where I stated before, or anywhere between Bellevue and Renton. (Yeah, I know that's a lot but anywhere there would be fine. She is helping me out because I am new to the area, and don't know all the places that increase my chance of getting stabbed while walking down the sidewalk.)

 

lol As a real estate agent I will tell you if you're looking for Renton stay as far away from the southwest region of Renton near where it borders Seattle... That's the GHETTO!

I'm about 30 miles north of the U district (UW). Like I said probably further than you wanna be. Plus I'd have to talk my sister into bringin in a roommate. She's pretty picky like me. But I would suggest Ballard or Greenlake. Awesome areas to be. My parents live in Ballard and grew up there, it's super! And you're close the Golden Gardens for spoiling the NW Nissans meet lol And you're not likely to get stabbed

+1 on staying away from the ghetto-er parts of Renton (Skyway) or downtown area.

Still looking for a roommate.

Right now there is a great deal on a 2 bed 1 bath in the Bellevue/Kirkland area that I am pretty sure I am going to get. My girlfriend works there so with her name on the lease we get an extra 10-15% off.

Normally she says they go for ~1,300, but they have like 3 rooms, so the price is 1,045 before the discount.

I am looking for roommate that has some sort of interest in cars, computer, games, pretty chill attitude, those sort of things. This place does not allow people to have any sort of felonies and such, so don't contact me if you have a bad past. NO DRUGS, SMOKERS, or crazy party people. My girlfriend will not be staying overnight, maybe come over for lunch and dinner if I am home, but other than that, she will be on the lease just for the price drop and convenience of having a place to chill at after I get home from work. (3:45)

It is located pretty dang close to 520, (that is why I am choosing this one over the other place my g/f works at. Also because these ones have recently been renovated.)

If you, or someone you know is looking for a room in that area let me know. I am thinking about getting the place (if it is still at this price) after I get my pay check right around the ~28thish.

Damn that looks like a nice interior for an apt. Score on the price. It's very near my pricing up here in Mukilteo and I'd take yours over mine for sure. Not sayin mine aren't nice in upgraded state, it's just not Bellevue/Kirkland/Redmond nice

 

Well, I just got a job in north Seattle. I'm staying with a friend for a short while while I relocate. Tweak- I'd consider meeting you and considering getting a place around Green Lake/ Ballard area.

 

Wow, you must be right around where I'm working. We should definitely meet up and have lunch some time.

I would get a place in that area (right by my work) but then I would never see my girlfriend.... ever.. lol she has almost zero time in her day, and has lost contact with her friends because she lives in Renton, and they live in Seattle. I looks like I might have to bite the bullet and get a 1 bedroom for now.... at least I will be able to pump it out how I want.
