the bad news it pumped it all out of the engine. I had a catastophic front oil line failure and the engine may be very dead indeed. I may be taking the tracer to ABF. well, time to shop for parts

that sucks man, sorry to hear that... i almost experienced the same thing, my oil cooler apparently has a monstrous leak... but i caught it just in time(and that included finding out specifically where the leak was coming from by running the car AGAIN with dismantled cardboard box under the car)... atkins dan shipped me my new oil cooler(off an 86) just gotta go to the post office and pick it up... then i also need to buy new oil cooler lines, yay... more and more stuff to buy, but it will be worth it soon, i'm almost up and going...

Holy ****!!! I guess you'd better double time it on putting the new motor in. Or you could come get a ne metering pump, and see if that fixes the issue. It may very well be that the motor is fine.

Why do these cars give us such pain just before an event such as Apple Blossom? Make us run around all crazy. Sorry to hear Rich. I think when we get back from ABF Im buying a parts car. Maybe some of the parts will fit your car.

this is the oil cooling line from the behive. not the omp. what I need is the flywheel and a clutch that will fit an 81-82.

the engine has made rattley grinding sounds that no engine should make. I feel I have compromised the engine to much to fiddle with the old one.

I'm a dumbass... I've had a clutch/pressure plate from a wrecked 82 in my garage for a year now... I'm putting it in my trunk so I can give it to you, Rich!
