I have a windshield in the FD i'm selling that I want to pull and re-install...because the seal around it was a bit wavy...and then to ensure a good paint job...we cut it back a ways.

the windshield has no crack, chips...and is PPG tinted glass...i.e. really in good shape.

All the glass shops I've gone to so far...said...ehh...it'll probably crack. I've taken out 4 windshields in my life. 1 cracked. Then I learned how to do it. if you're careful...its relatively easy.

Does anyone know of a shop that isn't run by a bunch of slack jawed monkeys that can take care of this job without breaking the windshield?
