Garage space wanted to rent :)

I have a 94 Mazda RX7 that I'm working on. I need a garage to rent where I can work on my car. I live in a condo and I get a fine if I even check my oil in the parking garage I would really appreciate if anyone knows of a place that would be willing to let me work on the weekends on my car. I'm trying to do a LS1 swap and get my car running again. Please send me an email at chrisfaille@gmail.com if you know of anything around the Seattle area.

Thanks for any info,
Chris

seriously you need a garage. Id let you work out of mine for minor stuff, but not a full blown engine swap project where you might have to leave your car in it for several weeks.

you don't need a garage just do the swap on the side of the road, your puttin an ls1 in a FD who cares if it works afterwards anyways you already ruined the car.

That was some wise words of wisdom. Thank you!

Let me know when you want to come by and fix my car the way you want it.

Hate to see a rotary get converted, but that is a sweet ride and those are sweet motors. So if you take the time to do the swap right and tasteful, you should have one bad *** FD. Good luck with the build, just ignore the haters. Be sure to post some pics of before and after. I always appreciate a job well done.
