Fcuk Washington state emissions. why cant it be 20 years in stead of 25?!

as for the registering it non-running thing. It says right on your registration that its non running. One would think cops know to look for this when they pull you over.

Also they wont sell you tabs for a vehicle registered non-running. Tried it.
