Unless you fail and have to get a waiver.

I wish that was the case here! I still have to smog test my 78 jeep and my 85 vic, I'm freakin out about my Vic though because I'm doing an engine swap and I never tested a car with a swapped engine....Dunno wtf we're going to do for the 7, its got no cats....ummmm...
