im moving back to richland in about a month, someone should hook it up with a good deal on a non-running vert or s5 coupe

 

ill keep an look out..., another FC owner in 3C....damn lol, seemed like an year ago rarely saw them...now Se7ens are poping outta everywhere around the tri-cities . maybe thats why i love this place

They rpsunk hows your car comming? Why is it taking so long to do, are you stuck on anything? I just got my car running again after putting in a pre-silencer im in love with the new sound. It's going to go back down for a day or two to put in delrin bushings though = (

jesus i saw that gto yesterday folowed by a black viper with a white or silver stripe.. its so sick!

 

Im still waiting for 13bREW(tyler) to pay me off for the RB exhuast i sold him...thats all thats really holding up my car.

Ill find out from one of my Co-workers who has the Red GTO , but im pretty sure he said the black and silver GTO is putting down roughly 800 hp on a twin turbo setup.

steve drives an escalade mostly now...and he once in awhile drops by...

 

did he ever get that turbo kit for the z06, cause when i was down there, that was his plan....

 

im not sure actually... next time i see him i will ask.

 

Okay found out on that Black and Silver GTO...its twin turbo setup , and i mis quoted the 800 hp on it ... its only making 550 HP at 7 psi .

 

Then it would be a real close race if you ran him. That car is like a rolling brick.

Lol, it looks like they weight 4038 pounds. 1 HP for every 7.34 pounds.

My car is at 1 HP for every 8.25 and my car only has 315.

That means at 354 HP I would have the same power to weight.

Disappointing, that wouldnt even be a run race, heavy *** btch

 

Justins old motor had what 345 HP and you took that right? So you will have the same or are you shooting for more? I have a stock fuel system so im very limited to that. I haven't touched it yet.... I'm getting really close to just upgrading it though, its a hard choice on a car that needs so much other work. lol

 

i thought FD's were only like 2.9-3k lbs...damn

 

id upgrade your fuel system , then work on the "other work " items lol, what other work are u talking about ? redoing interior or something...

im not too concerned about my hp right now as...i too have alot of other work to be done on my FC

 

They are... Haven't you seen mine? I have like half the original motor, no interior.... missing half the bolts... cuts back a lot of weight total. I weighed it at the transfer station (they don’t charge anything) I figure there scales might be a little off but it’s in the ball park even at + or - 50 pounds

Looks like FC's are about the same weight as the FD from a thread I just looked at...

 

yeah they are pretty close...you have no interior in that car?! why! I think the interior is pretty cool

Eh... Its too hard to get a honest answer from the forums... It looks like it could be anywere from 2600~2800 god knows the true weight.
