ic... that sucks... buddy of mine in the army got this in his work's Safety email...
e. 19 Feb 05, Off-Duty, PMV-4, Fatality, SrA, AFSC 3E751, 22 years old. A SrA was on leave from his overseas duty location visiting family and friends. While intoxicated and operating his 2004 Mazda RX8 in excess of 100 MPH, the member lost control of the vehicle. Upon leaving the roadway, the vehicle struck several small fence posts, entered a culvert, and crossed a 10-foot-wide stream. The vehicle struck a large stationary wooden fence post with enough momentum to become airborne and entered a series of end-over-end rolls. The member was extracted from the vehicle and transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead as a result of severe trauma to his head. The member was wearing a seat belt. Excessive speed and alcohol were factors in the mishap.

Good thing the loser driver died and not the passenger. Drunk + speeding, I'm glad he didn't kill anyone else.
