8000 rpm launches??? Your car actually MOVES when you drop it at that many RPMs? I would expect my car to just die! LOL...but really...it probably would

Some info here, in the eary 80,s there was a mandate to do away with asbestoes in brake linening and clutch disc, well for some reson I dont know about the rotorys kept on useing asbestoes in the disc, well being at the dealer I picked up a few realy good used ones and this as been my supplies, so a long storey getting short, Woodburn, 2nd gear off the line, the only way to keep power on the wheels with out over revenen, no problem, had to pull the motor any how any found the the disc still in good shape, not so much for the fly wheel and plate, looked liked it had become soft clay and pulled lots of metal, O by the way the disc in the pic looks like that of a baked rubber compound, some where I got more info in it, it's what ISUZU used in there rigs, it will last a long time if you never slip it

Holy crap. For a minute I was trying to figure out what type of clutch was clutch #2 (had the look of several different pucks). Then I relized that is was a stocker and all the friction surface was gone. Time to invest in an ACT clutch or something!
