Ok, so I might as well be the one to say it. I am not trying to come across as rude in anyway, just keep that in mind. And even though I cannot vouch for anyone else on this board I think that my feelings may encompass a few other peoples as well.
It is hard for a person to lend their garage for a couple days. There are a few reasons for this. 1. There is almost always a promised mess. 2. The person may not know you 3. They will be using your tools which will can result in breaking them 4. this is not a supra enthusiast board and, 5. The person lending their garage might not have the necessary tools required for the swap.
Personally I have no problem lending my garage(when it is not full og motorcycles, cars etc) for an afternoon or short amount of time. However when such an large amount of work is to be done and a considerable amount of time is required it is pretty much a no go with me. Not to mention I like to make sure that everything that is done is under my supervision. When it comes down to it whatever the "friend" breaks I have to pay for and fix.
I feel that your best bet would be to just rent out a garage or pay a third party to do the work. There are tons of garages that you can rent space from. It might not be the ideal situation or workspace but it would be a place for you to do the swap.
Another option that it does not seem you explored was just doing it outside. As long as you have a little flat ground and do not mind being in the cold there is nothing wrong with this method. I do not doubt that you can swap out the engine out in a couple days and if something does not go according to the plan(and that seems to always be a trend) then you do not have to worry about still being in that persons garage. Working outside your own personal house would solve this.
Sorry, I do not mean to come across as mean. I just feel like you should hear the truth. Good luck on your swap. And if worse comes to worse you can always ask the Supra enthusiasts...
