California emissions questions.
How do people living in Cali squeak by owning a car that won't pass emissions? It's an 89 non turbo GTUs. I might be moving to Cali and want some details. Thanks guys.
You might want to post in the West section, Actual Californians might be able to help you, as far as I know you basically have to have a stock car
