best port

whats the best port if i plan to turbo a 13b to make 300-350 hp esaly and still have fairly streetable

Streetport. Anything beyond a streetport would be less streetable. Depending on who does the porting, you could have different levels of streetport aggressiveness.

REW crate from japan, clean it up, pfc, and a upgraded turbo, 325 at the wheels all day at 10 psi, In fact I know a guy who is selling his turbo FB probablly cheaper than you can do a swap.

cuz im picking up two 13b na's that im gonna port then drop it in my car and drive for alil then ill turbo it

Mild street ported S5 with the right standalone will do this all day. It can be done to an NA block but it will not take to boost without some "love".
