No idea... never seen an MB around these parts... Only another VR... I once saw an MB in Everett at a show... And I used to see RLG in his CYM, but I rarely see MB FD's anywhere around here. hell I rarely see FD's period!

Well what does he got?! Is he the kid with a clutch, Playstation, and BOV??? Cuz supposedly it's REALLY fast... I talked to him shortly after I bought my FD and he wasn't very knowledgeable.... Not as bad as the guys who say they have FD's running 40psi with new pistons, rods, cams, etc..... Those guys make my belly hurt

I'd say about every 15k miles to be safe... They take a good beating when you rev the engine above 3k rpm. You really shouldn't go much higher than 4krpm cuz you could risk damaging your lifters/rods. It takes about 150k miles to fully break in your valves, lifters, cams, and rods. 75k miles and your pistons are broken in fully.

Oh. Thanks for the advice. I've been having problems with rod knock. I want to do a cam swap like those ones from TODI. I really want to have that top end. Might add VTAC I don't know if I'll have time.....

You guys should really invest in roller rockers, I hear they cut a lot of the drivetrain noise and friction off, and are a real necessity when you start running 3 and 4 cylinders, I mean rotors.

It doesn’t take long to catch a BSer when they start taking rotary does it.

Not long at all... They always start with talkin about the 500 HP on STOCK turbos and then start talkin about "internals"

Realistically you have more like 450-475 hp at the wheels On stockers with stock boost #'s. Which should put my car right about 650hp with an extra 4 psi on stock turbos.
